  1. Non-Refundable Policy: All purchases made from Peach Retreat are non-refundable. We do not offer refunds on any products, including but not limited to yoni washes, oils, scrubs, masks, and other self-care essentials.

  2. Non-Returnable Policy: Due to the intimate nature of our products and for health and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on any items once they have been opened or used. We are committed to maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety for our customers.

  3. Non-Exchangeable Policy: We do not offer exchanges on any Peach Retreat products. Once a purchase has been made, it cannot be exchanged for a different item or product.

  4. Damaged or Defective Products: In the rare event that you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately at peachretreat.sales@calyir.com with your order number and a photo of the damaged item. We will assess the situation and, if necessary, provide a replacement or refund at our discretion.

  5. Order Cancellations: Once an order has been placed and confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or modified. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

  6. Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund for any reason, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
